The in-person event will take place on 3 April 2025 in the Charlemagne building in Brussels and will also be streamed online. Join the info day to find out more about the CBE JU 2025 call for project proposals and meet other potential applicants.

Due to security requirements, only confirmed event participants will be able to access the Charlemagne building. We encourage you to register early to secure a seat at the event. The registration will close on 21 March 2025 at 17:00 (Brussels time).
Call details and networking on the agenda
Presentations during the morning session of the info day will cover the call priorities and topics, its rules and conditions, CBE JU-specific call requirements, and the submission & evaluation process. CBE JU project officers will also share tips on how to write a good proposal, based on lessons learnt from past calls. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions during a dedicated Q&A session.
A large part of the info day will be dedicated to in-person meetings among registered applicants. Participants will be able to engage with European Commission representatives, CBE JU staff, National Contact Points, representatives of other funding programmes and the Research Enquiry Service in the exhibition area.
CBE JU networking platform to support applicants
Are you considering applying for the CBE JU 2025 call for project proposals? Join the CBE JU networking platform to present your organisation, pitch your project ideas, look for partners, offer your services, and, more importantly, get in touch with other CBE JU community members!
The platform is open as of today and until the call submission deadline on 17 September 2025. As of 25 February, you will be able to book meetings with other participants on the platform, both for the 3 April event and online, before and after the event.
When registering on the platform, you can choose from three options:
- Register for the in-person info day and the online networking platform
- Register only for the online networking platform
- Register only for the in-person info day, without networking
Cannot come to Brussels? Follow the event online
The info day will be streamed online on 3 April, and its recording will be made available on the event page afterwards. You will be able to ask questions via an online tool during the event’s Q&A session, and engage with other potential applicants on the CBE JU networking platform.
Join the European Pilot and Demonstration Infrastructure Fair on 4 April
This event, co-hosted by Pilots4U and CBE JU will take place on the 4 April morning and will provide opportunities to engage with the scale-up community, learn more about their capabilities, and find the perfect partner to help scale up your project.
